Only a few day's to go and then Marit's workshop 'Let it loose' starts.... I'm so excited about it... it's the first (online)workshop I'll follow!!! We going to make an art journal.... never have made one before, so I'm very curious about it... will I be creative enough??? Well we will see... Monday it begins:) Yesssss!!!!!

Today I went to the shopping centre, because I really, really wanted to buy something nice for myself.... well I shopped for about 3 hours, but the only thing I bought are these horrible, horrible clogs for Richard....

...can't help it that he love's to wear them:(:(
I think I'll spend my money tonight on a scrapbook webshop...(sometimes you need to give youself a present, right?)...warm and cosy by the heater, because it's so cold outside now, brrrrrr!!!

Last week I received the prize I won with Scrapping the Music.....

While I was scrapping last Sunday evening, Mees and Guusje were sleeping and sleeping and sleeping... ofcourse near the heater....

  For this challenge "going green" I have used old pakkingpaper, card board and a metal spiral ring (???) from an old scrapbook

When we're on holiday outside of the country I always search for old windows to photograph... I love the old curtains, the spider webs and the paint that peeled off!

 

I also made a card.... this one I made using CPS sketch151.... I think I'll send the card to my mom, because this week I can't visit my parents and Friday my mom must have chemo therapy again... so she needs some happy mail!!!

the snow is leaving us....

The snow is leaving our country....the snowgirl I made last Sunday with Jurre is almost gone... I'll miss the white world and the long walks in the snow...but the winter isn't over yet!!!

This is my working weekend (I work two weekends per month)...I have to start at 4pm...so the next two hours I want to relax and post my new cards and lo............

Yesterday evening I had some time again for scrapping and made a lo and three cards for several challenges...

..."Baby it's cold outside" made for the challenge of NoelMignon ...
...with this challenge you have to use...bling, brads/buttons, something 'soft' (fabric, felt, lace, etc) and the color pink...

On the picture you see my little kitty Guusje...it's a picture of dec 2008, so she's not that little anymore and the hat doesn't fit anymore:)

This weekend my nephew Jurre stayed with us and we had a great

and fun weekend...with alot of new snow...

Jurre had so much fun on his sleigh.........

Ofcourse I had to try it too:):):):):) eeeekkkk...look at my face...LOL....

....kiss the "snowgirl"...bbrrrrrrr.....

We were also creative this weekend....Jurre made this paint...

He called it "het concert van de mieren".... "the concert of the ants" :):):).......

It was a wonderful weekend...and I miss my little boy:( hope to see him soon again!!!

Yesterday I have been scrapping again....so here are my first lo's for this year...........

Manon...deze lo heb ik voor jou gemaakt, ik vond de foto van Baerke zo schattig...de sneeuw op zijn snoet...heb 'm vandaag gepost, dus waarschijnlijk morgen bij jullie in de brievenbus........

And yesterday I found this happy mail in my mailbox... a card with a 1/10 part of the Top2000 list... thanks Marit!!!

En gisteren lag er bij ons leuke post op de mat.... een kaart met 1/10 deel van de Top2000 lijst....bedankt Marit!!!

After a week of  'scrapping the top2000' I haven't touched my scrapstuff for 5 day's now...I had other fun things to do....ofcourse Thursday we had celebrated old/new year together with my family... Saturday we went with some friends to the Movie "Avatar"...we saw it in 3d, with funny big glasses...why didn't I took the camera with me???? I'm not a siencefiction lover...but this movie was really awesome!!!! And what a surprise...when we came outside it has snowed again...so it's again a white world and I love that!!! This morning we had a new-year-reception at the kayak-club. After that we visit Richard his parents and we went to the woods with them for a wonderful walk in the snow.........

...A new year and new challenges...my first for this year... 'These are a few of my favourite things' came with a 'easy peasy'-challenge..."choose your old time fave lo (or altered project, card, minibook...)of 2009"...well that is the right challenge for me to start scrapping 2010...but it wasn't that easy peasy:):) I go through my gallery and saw alot pages I didn't want to see anymore, but also some that I'm a little proud of....

...Richard has chosen this page... "because you looked so cute" he said:):):)...

And my fave of 2009....I choose the minibook I made about my sweet furryfriend Mees....

For now I'm eating my last xmas-chocolate-wreath and then it's over....tomorrow I start my diet (think I'm not the only one;);) ...no more chocolate, cookies, 'drop' and chips anymore for me.... I must be strong and strict to myself!!!! Ooooh, I hate diets, but my jeans fit me no more...so I have to!!!
